The material first passes through the iron remover, where magnetic metal contaminants are attracted and captured by the magnetic roller. As the conveyor belt moves away from the magnetic roller, the magnetic force gradually decreases, allowing the separated metal contaminants to fall and discharge through the iron outlet under gravity. This process enables efficient separation of ferromagnetic from the materials.

By combing an iron remover with a metal separator, the system provides a more comprehensive metal removal solution. The iron remover removes large amounts of ferrous containants in advance, reducing the burden on the metal separator and improving overall separation efficieny. This integrated solution helps achieve cleaner materials and more reliable sorting performance. 

COSOPEC2005F3 integrated magnetic and metal separation system is a metal contamination detection and separation machine combing a magnetic and metal separator, designed for material containing a high content of ferromagnetic contaminants. 
Function
Detects metal contaminants such as ferrous, copper, aluminum, stainless steel in granules or powders.
