The multi-level weight sorter can sort products of different weight ranges into different production lines and display data such as production quantity, batching tracking, total weight, effective weight, rejected weight in real time, effectively replacing manual weighing and sorting.

1. Featuring advanced dynamic weighing algorithms, zero drift tracking, and high-precision digital sensor to ensure excellent detection performance and accuracy.
2. Equipped with self-learning, self-adaptive, and memory functions for product parameters, automatically storing up to 300 product parameters for easy changeover (optional).
3. Automatically stores and exports up to 10,000 operation & detection logs, and alarm records for easy data statistical query and trace.
4. Equipped with USB, RS485, Ethernet, and expand I/O ports, the system supports MES integration and enables networking and remote control.
5. Supports self-test function for real-time monitoring of equipment status.
6. The conveyor belt is easy to assemble and disassemble for convenient maintenance and cleaning.
7. The conveyor belt speed can be adjusted. Auxiliary conveying and sorting systems can be customized based on production line characteristics, enabling seamless integration with the production line.
8. Supports integration with visual inspection, scanning, and label printing. It can also be integrated with metal detector, X-ray inspection system, and automatic carton sealer.
9. The sorting levels can be customized based on production line requirements.
