COSO PEC2005P explosion-proof metal separator is a metal contamination detection and separation system designed for applications requiring explosiion-proof protection. Certified for both gas and dust explosion-proof environments, it complies with the marking Ex db ib IIC T5 Gb / Ex ib mb tb IIIC T95°C Db, providing reliable operation and enhanced safety in demanding production conditions.
The PEC2005P is suitable for various powder, fiber, and high-risk slurry processing applications, including chemical powders, polyester fibers, food powders, and other industrial materials. It detects and removes ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants to help improve product quality, protect downstream equipment, and ensure safer production processes.
Function: Detects metal contaminants such as ferrous, copper, aluminum, stainless steel in powders, granules, fragments.
