COSO linear combination weigher is specifically designed for product dosing and packaging, using multi-head linear weighing and intelligent algorithms to automatically calculate the optimal combination. This ensures efficient, accurate bagging and boxing, enhancing packaging efficiency and reducing material waste.

Main Function

Automatically weighs products with weight disparities or irregular shapes, intelligently combines and doses them accurately, then automatically conveys them to the packaging section.

Features

1. Multi-unit linear weighing. Automatically sorts products into 8–16 scales, independently weighs, and uploads weight data in real time.

2. Intelligent optimal combination with millisecond-level calculations, selecting the combination closest to the target weight. Supports both weight-based and weight-plus-quantity-based modes.

3. Automatic unloading and conveying. It selects the combination closest to the target weight and then scales unload simultaneously. The main conveyor belt then conveys products to the downstream process.

4. Super-large touchscreen interface, user-friendly, with over 100 product parameters for easy changeover and convenient operation.

5. Equipped with USB, RS485, Ethernet, and expanded I/O ports, the system supports MES integration and enables networking and remote control.
