Q1:Why do bottles, cans and cosmetic containers require a clamping mechanism during metal detection?

Any unstable movement within the detection field creates detection interferes. A customized clamping mechanism ensures the bottle, can and cosmetic container pass stably, allowing for much higher detection precision and significantly reducing false reject rates.

Q4: How does the system handle defective products?

A: For small bottles, we usually recommend a high-speed air blow rejection or pusher rejection. These rejection systems remove the defective products into a reject bin without disrupting the flow of the rest of the production line.

 

Q5: Can this metal detector integrate with my existing production line?

A: Yes. The system is designed for seamless integration. It features adjustable conveyor heights and can be synchronized with your upstream and downstream equipment via standard industrial protocols (like Modbus or Ethernet/IP) to ensure a smooth, automated workflow.
