COSO PEC2005D metal separator for injection molded parts is designed to detect broken needles or other metal contaminants mixed in injection molded parts.
Function: Detects metal contaminants such as ferrous, copper, aluminum, stainless steel mixed in injection molded parts.
Product Features
1. Designed for installation at the discharge outlet of the injection molding machine, featuring compact space adaptability and excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance.
2. Detects and blocks metal contaminants while activating both local alarm and central control system alert.
3. Equipped with USB, RS485, and Ethernet ports, the system supports data export, networking, and remote control.
4. Supports multidimensional self-learning of product effect, environment interference, and material conveying speed, equipped with automatic memory of 300 product parameters.
5. Supports multi-level permission management and multi-language user interface.
6. Automatically stores and exports up to 10,000 operation & detection logs, and alarm records for easy counting, querying, and tracing of data.
7. Offers different inlet diameter options based on the dimension of injection molded parts and the production throughput requirements.
8. Adaptive power supply 110–240 V (±10%), 50–60 Hz.
