COSO PEC2005B metal separator utilizes advanced digital technology, with high-sensitivity detection and anti-interference ability. It can detect metal contaminants mixed in granules or fragments.
Function:
Detects metal contaminants such as ferrous, copper, aluminum, stainless steel in dry, free-flowing, non-conduit granules or fragments.
Features:
1. Integrated detection, control, rejection systems into one unit. Compact structure and small installation space allow for easy integration.
2. Equipped with USB, RS485, and Ethernet ports, the system supports data export, networking, and remote control.
3. Equipped with automatic balance adjustment and automatic drift compensation without manual adjustment.
4. Equipped with automatic memory of 20 product parameters.
5. Automatically stors and exports up to 1,000 operation & detection logs, and alarm records for easy counting, querying, and tracing of data.
6. Supports multi-language user interface, allows for tiered access control.
7. Offers multiple inlet diameter options, meeting different throughput requirements for material handling.
8. Material temperature: below 80°C (customization available when temperature is higher ). Material length: below 8 mm.
9. Adaptive power supply 110–240 V (±10%), 50–60 Hz.
