Product Overview
The 600kg roller checkweigher is designed for inline weight inspection of heavy bags, cartons, boxes, and other large or heavy products. Its roller conveyor structure provides stable product transport and supports continuous weighing during production. The system continuously compares each product's actual weight with the preset target weight range and can identify underweight and overweight products. An automatic rejection or sorting system can be configured according to the production line requirements. For automated handling, the checkweigher can be integrated with robotic arm sorting and stacking systems, allowing products to be automatically sorted, transferred, or palletized based on their weight range. The roller conveyor design also provides flexibility for integration into heavy-duty production and logistics lines.
